With
championships in virtually every form of road racing, from 250 GP
to superbikes, EK Chain has become the choice of pros and privateers
alike. We don't make special "factory" chains for racing
- champions like Josh Hayes (left) use the same chains that you can
buy. Because we think everyone deserves the same reliability and performance
that the pros demand.
RXO
Series: The Champions Choice
When second place isnt an option, choose an RXO series chain.
Its weight-saving design and friction-reducing Quadra-X Ring seals
have helped the RXO win numerous national championships. But even
if you dont race, the RXO is an excellent street chain, especially
if youre looking to save weight without compromising durability. Recommended application: up to 1000cc/120hp for 520RXO; up
to 1000cc/150hp for 525RXO; up to 1100cc/150hp for 530RXO Available colors: gold, chrome Tensile strength: 8500 lbs. for 520RXO; 9300 lbs. for 525RXO;
9400 lbs. for 530RXO Zero Stretch Technology available as an option
on the 520RXO chain.
RX
Series: Non-Sealed for Ultra-Light Weight
Our RX-series chains are designed specifically for racers who need
to shave every ounce from their bikes and dont mind replacing
their chains on a regular basis. The RX chains are similar to the
RXO line, but RX chains have no O-ring seals, saving up to half-a-pound
versus their sealed counterparts. Recommended application: up to 600cc/120hp for 520RX; up to
750cc/150hp for 530RX Available colors: gold, chrome Tensile strength: 8400lbs. for 520RX; 9400 lbs. for 530RX
